Shipping Info

Shipping Information:

When placing your order online, shipping charges are not yet included in the Sub Total or Total order amount.  Shipping charges are calculated when the order is packaged, weighed, and processed, taking into account the shipping method you specify.  If you want to know approximate shipping costs before the order is shipped, please request so and include your phone number(s) and/or email address in the “Order Notes” section at the time you place your order.

All orders require a physical shipping address; no P.O. boxes.

When placing your order please also specify the:

  • ‘Need by’ date in the “Order Notes” section
  • Preferred shipping method and click on the “Select Shipping Method” button.  (Note:  If request FedEx Ground shipping, please indicate if business or residential address by selecting the appropriate shipping method; i.e. #1 or #2 below.)
Dance Fashions Superstore currently ships items by one of the following Federal Express shipping methods (in order of approximate lowest to highest shipping cost): 

 

1.  FedEx Ground to a U.S. business address
(Monday through Friday delivery in 1-5 business days by end of day for continental US, 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii)

2.  FedEx Ground Home Delivery to a U.S. residential address
(Tuesday through Saturday delivery in 1-5 business days between 9 am and 8 pm for continental US, 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii)

3.  FedEx Express Saver
(Monday through Friday delivery, arrives in 3 business days by 4:30 pm to most US addresses; by 7 pm to rural areas)

4.  FedEx Economy 2-Day Delivery
(Monday through Friday delivery, arrives in 2 business days by 4:30 pm to most US addresses; by 7 pm to rural areas)

5.  FedEx Standard Overnight
(Monday through Friday delivery, arrives next business day by 3:00 pm to most US addresses; by 4:30 pm to rural areas)

6.  FedEx Priority Overnight 
(Monday through Friday delivery, arrives next business day by 10:30 am or noon to most US addresses; by 4:30 pm or 5 pm in remote areas) 

Note:  Saturday delivery by noon to some zip codes is available for an additional $12.50 shipping charge above the Priority Overnight rate.  Please request Saturday delivery in Order Notes section when placing your order and include contact phone numbers.
