Eurotard 13FS - Flag Shaft, 28”

The Eurotard EU 13FS  flag shaft is made of high quality non-bending chrome plated steel and measures 28”.  Comes completely assembled with all components except  Chrome Shaft, Black Ball, Tip, Swivel Tube, Flag Sewing Instructions and Velcros for attaching flags to the swivel tube.   Flag swivel tube allows the flag to swivel around the flag shaft without winding up on the shaft.
